Great solution to automate payout reconciliation
We tried reconciling our Etsy disbursements ourselves but after manually creating all our transactions and importing our monthly statements, we found the experience too tedious and prone to error. We came across OpenPayout online and were able to quickly configure it and had our first payout reconciled automatically in under an hour from first signing up. Only way to automate WooCommerce Payment fee calcs
This is the only tool I've found that can calculate payment processing fees generated by WooCommerce Payment gateway, and automatically add them to Xero invoices. The way e-commerce activity is batched by week also saves time while reconciling. I sent in a feature request and Open Payout updated their service to meet my needs within a week.

This app does exactly what I need it to with my Etsy shop! It puts the amount in the right account and explains all the different parts like Etsy transaction fees and taxes and what not. The easiest app I’ve found to connect Etsy and xero!

Fantastic utility for different VAT rates
We have been using OpenPayout with Wix for a few months now, and find it really useful. It separates out incoming transactions by country, enabling us to account for the VAT correctly. It also calculates the fees per transaction, making payment reconciliation very straightforward. We have quite a complex set up involving 2 Wix stores, 3 Etsy stores and multiple different payment methods. OpenPayout handles all of these, linking to QuickBooks in an almost-real time basis, and making reconciliation very straightforward. A little bit of work is needed to set up the initial configuration, but once it is done it all runs very smoothly. The support is excellent too - very responsive to emails or online chat messages.
